A Guide To Costs
It varies so much from event to event, that it’s impossible to give you a price for your event until after we’ve talked about menus, qualities etc. Here are some general thoughts that might help.
The more choices you have, the more complexity and therefore the higher the price. So if you are trying to keep to a budget then choosing one meat option and reducing variety works best. Regardless of your budget we will always provide excellent quality food and service. For parties of around 100 guests, we would suggest a budget anywhere from £25 per head. Smaller parties are a little more expensive per head. We can add courses and all the trimmings including table service, however the price per head will reflect this.
If money is no object, then we can go to town, with lots of cool canapés and wicked puddings. We have cooked all sorts of wonderful delicacies on the barbecue – we love a challenge and the chance to get creative!
Meat prices vary and we only use certain cuts which cook well over charcoal. (see what we do)
Fish varies according to your choice too. We can be as adventurous as you like, but delicious simplicity can be achieved at reasonable prices, so don’t be afraid to ask.
Once we provide a quote, the price remains fixed and contains no added VAT or any other costs. We ask for a 50% deposit to book the date and the remaining 50% a month before the event.
We include everything you need to eat the food too, details of which can be found on our set up but if you want different cutlery or crockery then let us know and we can add that to the overall offering.
Ultimately we always encourage people to talk to us so we can work out exactly what works for you and price it accordingly.
